Thermal transfer conditions for thick plate hot stamping: Positive positioning temperature: 150-160 degrees, time: 5 seconds / times, reverse transfer temperature: 150-160 degrees, time: 15-20 seconds / times, pressure: 0.24 kgf/cm^2 or more;

Reflective hot stamping, hot stamping film heat transfer conditions: temperature: 150-160 degrees, time: 6-12 seconds / times, pressure: 0.24 kgf/cm^2 above;

Tips for bad problems of hot stamping pattern

Light color: the temperature is too low or the pressure is uneven or the time is too short.

Blurring of the pattern: too long a time leads to ink diffusion.

No luster on the surface of the pattern: the pressure is too high or the temperature is too high.

Scars on the pattern: too long stamping time.

Different color shades of the pattern: uneven pressure or uneven object transfer coating.

Sticky paper: Too high a temperature or too long a time to get a bad transfer coating of the object.

Easy color loss of the pattern: the transfer temperature is too low or the time is too short.
